Caves U3A

U3A Group LogoSize of U3A         167 members ( we are a fairly new U3A in our third year)
Approx no of study groups        7 and rising.
Fees   Annual subs of £10 per member, Year runs 1st April to 31st March.  Special Interest groups require additional payment usually at the meeting.

 

Main Group Meeting takes place at 2pm on 1st Monday of month in Family Centre of South Cave Parish Church.(Meeting is deffered by one week if Monday is a bank holiday).

Special Interest Groups meet usually during the day, often in members’ houses.

Caves U3A is a member of ‘Humber Accord’ – other member Groups include Cottingham, Hessle,and Swanland all in East Youkshire.  Within agreed guidelines members of one U3A can take part in the activities of another.


List of or examples of study groups

Art, Digital Photography, History, Luncheon Club, Music, Outings, Scrabble, Walking, Computers, Play Reading and others.
We have outside visits to theatres and places of interest with holiday trips planned for the future.
