Once your registration has been received we will normally review your request and activate your account within 3 working days. We DO NOT email you when this is done, but anytime after 3 working days you can try logging in. If after 3 working days you are still not able to login into your account and your account has not been activated you will see an onscreen message telling your that your account has not been activated. Unable to login
If your account has been activated but you are having problems logging in make sure that you are entering your username and password correctly. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive and you must enter them exactly as you did when you created your account
e.g. if you created your username like this JoEBloggs then you need to enter it exactly the same each time you login.

Lost Passwords and Usernames
If you have lost your username or password details you can use the Lost Password or Lost Username service. You will then be sent an email which will enable you to reset your username or password. If you experience difficulty please email
and they will be able to check your account status and reset where appropriate.
