u3a - Zoom Tutorials

Zoom Tutorials

We have been running Zoom tutorials since March 2020 and will continue to run these every week as long as there is a demand from u3a members. The tutorials are run by u3a Trust Volunteers. You can book tutorials below.

You can find useful information on Zoom and other platforms via the video conferencing links and how to guidance pages. We have also compiled and answered your questions on Zoom on our video conferencing faqs page.

The aim of this session is to help you become familiar with the basics of how to use the Zoom platform, what you can do on it, some of the functions (such as splitting into break-out rooms, muting everyone!) and how to be safe. This is aimed at novices to gain confidence is using Zoom.

This is aimed any anyone who runs their own meetings and would like to do so successfully. The session is aimed at Group leaders, Committee Members and anyone interested in finding out how to host a meeting.
