Emmeline Pankhurst a strong supporter of women's rights. Sadly died in 1928 just a few weeks before the law was passed giving all women over 21 years of age the right to vote .

The Heavy Metal Invasion Party is a comical art piece for the invasion of the Vikings. It is based on; from memory, an old wooden ornament of a Viking that I had as a child and I thought I would create a caricature of the viking landing on the British shores.

Over the Hills represents an idealised image of the South Wales valleys, a constantly changing landscape often exploited and abused for profit, but still retaining swathes of unspoilt beauty.

My family, friends and neighbours celebrating the late Queens Elizabeth's platinum jubilee in our local park. Produced using acrylic pens in the Pointalism style. And the lady in the Union Jack dress was really there!

The Spirit of the Canary Monday, 30th September 2024, marked an historic day in our energy history. The UK was the birthplace of coal power and is the first G7 country to end its use. Michael Shanks, Minister for Energy said, “We owe generations a debt of gratitude as a country.”

I was inspired to paint this picture of myself and my group waiting to perform in front of an audience of about 3,000 people which is the largest audience I have ever performed in front of. The picture shows our sheer fear as we await our curtain call.
