Zentangle Club
A Zentangle is a miniature abstract work of art created by 'tangle' or series of patterns. Creating the tangles is a meditative and calming process. The Zentangle group is largely made up of 'improvers'. Beginners are welcome and will be directed to some online foundation tangling courses so that they can learn the basics and therefore get the most out of the group. Usually, the session is made up of two parts: the first is a general chat about what we have been doing (Zentangle or otherwise!). During the second half of the meeting, members get on with their own Zentangle projects in companionable silence with others. In most 90-minute sessions members drop in and out, depending on their other commitments.
