u3a - Living History

Contact the adviser

  • Are you thinking of writing your own 'Life Story'?
  • Making oral history recordings with local residents?
  • Working with schools or museums - on 'Life in WW2', or 'Local Studies', for example?

If so, you might find it useful to join the Living History Network to share your ideas, and to benefit from the experience of other U3A Groups working in this field.

Remember, we are the 'living history' of the 20th Century and our memories are important - both to our families and as a first-hand record of the rapidly changing times through which we have lived.

I look forward to hearing from you!
