u3a Bridge Groups

Hello Bridge players.

My name is Steve Carter and I’m here to help your Bridge Group get more out of Bridge!!

Please get in touch about anything Bridge and I will do my best to help…

Enjoy your Bridge!!!

Why play bridge?

It exercises our grey cells, keeping them sharp for years to come whilst improving our logic, deduction and lateral thinking skills.

It widens our social circle – in almost every town you can spend a few hours each day with like-minded people.

It’s a game for any age – all generations from 6 to 106, can play together.

We form new partnerships - many great friendships start at the Bridge table

We can play at our own level – if we want to play socially, be more competitive or try to be the best in the world, there is a Bridge game that fits our goals.

Bridge is Fun!

All you need is a pack of cards and four willing players!
