The Third Age Trust is delighted that thanks to Kennet U3A, we are able to offer a new talk – Living Longer Better led by Sir Muir Gray, previously the Chief Knowledge Officer of the NHS.

This talk explores Sir Muir’s great interest in ageing and how to cope with it. Based on his research and experience, he has developed a new paradigm to help people live longer better.

Sir Muir has kindly agreed to give his ‘living longer better’ talk on Zoom at 2pm on 27 July for the Trust.Kennet U3A have helped make this happen and we are very grateful to them.
