u3a Virtual Running Event
with Run for the World
Run for the World is holding a special charity event for the u3a movement. You can take on your virtual challenge whenever and wherever you want, which means you do not need to worry about last-minute changes or cancellations. You can choose the distance you want to run - from 3km, 5km, 10km or 21.1km to complete before the end of 2021.
Run for the World are kindly donating 25% of your entry fee back to the u3a to help provide equipment and opportunities for exercise and sports interest groups.

All participants will receive a u3a medal, specially designed around a run in the park because however fast/slow you are, as long as you get out to exercise, you're doing a great job! This colourful medal will be yours once you complete your chosen distance.
