

u3a members are very lucky to now be able to attend two Laughter Yoga sessions each month, as part of the u3a online events programme.
The u3a online events programme offers learning opportunities for members via zoom, with sessions hosted on weekdays in the mornings and afternoons.

Judith Walker has been hosting sessions online on the second Wednesday of every month at 10am for the past few years. She has recently become the u3a Laughter Yoga Subject Adviser, encouraging people around the coutry to take up Laughter Yoga, and train to become teachers.
We are delighted to announce that Merrie Maggie will be joining Judith as a u3a Laughter Yoga teacher, hosting online Laughter Yoga sessions on the last Tuesday of every month at 3.30pm, starting from September.
Maggie trained to be a Certified Leader in 2010 and a Certified Teacher in 2013, initially running Laughter Yoga clubs locally and then taking Laughter Yoga to corporate, wellbeing events, festivals, community and voluntary organisations so she could share the benefits of regular laughter with them. We are delighted that she will now be sharing the joy of laughter with u3a members.
