Continue to Keep Fit with Mr Motivator

Thank you so much to the thousands of you who are joining our series of fitness workouts with the TV Fitness Guru Mr Motivator. The series is specifically aimed at U3A and Third Agers.  Just a gentle reminder that if you haven’t yet, you can still join us and take part in the fitness sessions on a weekly basis.

It is a six day programme of eight minutes a day - and works every muscle group in the body.

It's so important to take regular exercise particularly during this lockdown period so this is a shout out to all third agers to please join us.
