Mr Motivator Teams Up with U3A

Published : 20 April 2020 Views: 5495

Mr Motivator has teamed up with U3A for a series of exercising videos.

The fitness personality, best known for his brightly-coloured outfits and enthusiastic work-outs, has created a six-day long programme for U3A members starting on Monday 20th April.

Designed to be accessible to everyone, including those who may not have exercised in a while, the videos are intended to get members active and feeling positive. Mr Motivator said of the series, “I’m going to have a great time and I hope U3A members will too! It’s about feeling good - I’m looking forward to it".

The eight-minute long videos will each focus on a different muscle in the body meaning that the program will be a full-body work out. In order to make it accessible, you dont need specalist equipment to get involved – Mr Motivator encourages the use of everyday things that you might have around the house, like cushions or water bottles instead of weights.

Each video will be shared on the U3A Youtube channel at 10am between Monday and Saturday so that U3A members can feel that they part of a larger community of people exercising together.  Then you can use them every week.

We'd like all third agers out there to get involved and join us.  If you're not a member of U3A - you can find out more at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

You can watch the videos at the U3A Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/TheU3a
Looking forward to you joining us every week.
