This group is for all, whatever level of ability and skill. Images can be captured using a mobile phone or camera kit. There is no restriction on subject matter and content, save that it is legal and does not offend. Images shared should be interesting and appeal to those viewing.
We hold bi-monthly zoom meetings on the second Tuesday of Jan – Mar – May – Jul – Sep – Nov, subject to interest. We otherwise continue to share our images and ideas through WhatsApp.
For those that find subject guidance useful, a 6-month rolling subject list is provided through the WhatsApp Group. Do feel free to decide for yourself what you wish to photograph – being as creative and different as you like. It is useful if images are titled, it help the viewer understand what the image is about.
The main purposes of this group are to share and enjoy. Sharing ideas, interesting images, experiences, learning, and communicating with each other about our activities and interests.
Membership can be of interest to those who are less able to get out and about so much, have hearing loss or other restrictions to access. Social media and technologies now make it so much easier to join in. There is no restriction on locations, whether it be through the kitchen sink window, out in your back garden, perhaps in and about the local area and beyond, and if manageable even out and about in the big wide world.
