Pilates
Pilates is mind-body exercise that requires core stability, strength, and flexibility, and attention to muscle control, posture, and breathing.
Currently the group finds videos which are suitable to be followed online together at the meeting, and will discuss this afterwards. There si a group on WhatsApp where group members can share information.
The group is seeking a Pilates teacher or someone with experience who would be prepared to lead the sessions as opposed to using videos. Do you know of anyone who could help?
