 The latest film in the 'Do Something Brilliant Today' series focusses on Trust u3a member Brenda, who discusses solutions to climate change with her u3a group.

The series of films, the first half of which were released earlier this year, focusses on members' individual experiences and how u3a benefits their lives. In the latest film, u3a member Brenda discusses how her Trust u3a Countdown to COP group has not only allowed her to share her passion for the environment, but also helped her make new connections.

In the film Brenda says, "It's given me an opportunity to make so many new friends. We've all learnt such a lot from each other. And a lot of us come alive through it."

The Countdown to COP group is just one of the interest groups available on Trust u3a, a platform set up in the pandemic to enable u3a members from across the UK to share their interests and learn with each other virtually. Other groups include Military History, Smartphone Photography and Fashion - amongst much more.
