u3a 40th Anniversary Blog

Chef Alex from Vegetarian for Life, who runs cookery demonstrations for u3a members as part of our online events programme, has wished u3a happy birthday.

Alex said in a video published on the u3a social media platforms, "Happy birthday u3a! 40 years young and going strong. thank you so much for letting me cook for you over the past 18 months or so. I look forward to doing lots more cookery demonstrations with you in the years to come.

"I made these apple charlottes as a way of celebration - so happy birthday!"
