I am a retired communications manager and content creator. I gained an MA in Victorian Studies at Birkbeck College during Covid. In order to develop my interest in Victoriana I volunteer as a tour guide at Sambourne House and in library conservation at the Reform Club. I enjoy compiling presentations about lesser-known but entertaining Victorians.

A 40-minute powerpoint presentation about this late Victorian bon viveur and cartoonist for the magazine 'Punch'. I describe how his home became a Victorian time capsule, his ingenious use of photography and his family connection to royalty, through photos, cartoons and entertaining diary extracts.

Speakers must only be contacted in relation to hosting their talk(s) listed on the u3a website.
These speakers are to be contacted by u3a members only, and the talks must be presented to u3a groups only.
