Could you support learning within the u3a movement?

Cycling is a great way to stay fit, keep moving and improve your general well-being with your u3a and for this reason we are throwing a spotlight on u3a cycling groups from up and down the UK.

This feature highlights a range of cycling groups across u3a, covering cross-country, inner-city, easy-riders, social cyclists & electric bikes for up-hill assistance. It will provide tips and advice for members and group leaders. We hope this might inspire more members to join a u3a cycling group in your area, and if the groups available locally are not your style, why not start something new? For support and advice for starting and running a cycling group, contact the Subject Adviser for Cycling.

Read what some of the other groups have been getting up to and get inspired!
