Run the TCS London Marathon as part of Team u3a

We're delighted to offer two charity places for the 2027 TCS London Marathon on Sunday 25 April.

Enjoy the sights of London as you run this iconic race, all while supporting people in later life to find community and connection through learning. Whether you are an experienced marathoner or taking on your first 26.2 miles, this is your chance to be part of something bigger - and make a real impact.

Minimum fundraising pledge: £2,500

By running as part of Team u3a, you will be raising money for the Third Age Trust, the organisation which supports around 1,000 u3as across the UK. At these local u3as, members meet together to learn new things, share skills and have fun. In doing so, our members create new communities.

Applications for our London Marathon charity places are now open. In your application, please share your connection to u3a and how you plan to fundraise. Applications close 18 September.
