Sheelagh Aston is a freelance writer living in the northeast who writes women's fiction and family sagas. Her rich layered novels explore the bonds and battles of intergenerational relationships. Despite a severe loss of sight and diagnosed dyslexia, Sheelagh has been writing since she could hold a pen. She worked as a community worker before becoming an Anglican Vicar in 2005, serving in the North East. She retired in December 2024 and lives in the North East.
