 Beacon, the management system for u3as created and run by members, has just reached a milestone: 500 u3as using the system.

Headington u3a are the 500th u3a to join. When asked how they feel about this, they responded, "surprised, delighted and quite proud of ourselves." They joined Beacon with the hope of "streamlining Headington u3a's organisation and adopt an easy to use system which will be reliable for our records, currently and in the future." 

Beacon is a all-in-one system for u3as to manage membership, groups, finances and sending emails. It is run and supported by a team of u3a volunteers.
