“Members of Wellingborough and District u3a have handcrafted blue and yellow flowers in all kinds of ways including crochet, embroidery, polymer clay, linoprint, watercolour, needlefelting and knitting. We decided to use 'Craftivism' to get our message across, so some flowers have been used to make postcards with our contact details on. These will be available in public places such as libraries and doctors surgeries. We have been delighted by the range of talent displayed by our 'crafty' membership!”
